There are new Michelin tires less than a year old on the front and rear. Seller had the bedroom floor and slide floor replaced due to a previous leak. It's described as like new now. The driver and passenger seats have both been reupholstered. The couch and dinette cushions were reupholstered. The front passenger side hub cab has some dents.
