The overall condition of the RV is good. No major scratches or cracks were found on the exterior. The interior upholstery was found to be in good condition with no rips or tears. Flooring was in good condition. Back bedroom carpet had a water stain from a recent bad storm with high winds that pushed water directly through the side of slide. Seller having it steam cleaned. There was a piece of molding near the dining table that needs to be re-attached. The large hallway windows were cloudy. The coach needs a cleaning. The 2009 Allegro Bay 37QDB is built on a Workhorse chassis providing a solid base to bring interior amenities like solid hardwood cabinets, Flexsteel captain's chairs along with accommodations to make your experience pleasant and comfortable, both day and night. The exterior sports a patio awning and slide-out awnings to provide cover and protection from the elements. An exterior TV is available for viewing from underneath the awning. There is lots of external storage with full pass-through and lengthy storage. The cab area features ultra-leather Flexsteel captain's power-adjustable seats. The seats also can be rotated to join the salon area. The dash comes complete with all the necessary gauges to monitor and run the RV--a backup monitor with side view when the blinker is engaged, and a stereo head unit. There is also overhead cabinet storage and a fold-out table. The enclosed bathroom is located just to the left down the hallway. It is equipped with a sink with vanity, a medicine cabinet, a shower with glass shower doors, a skylight, and a toilet, A Splendide model WD2100XC washer/dryer inside a cabinet inside the bathroom for your convenience. The master bedroom features a Sleep Number queen size bed with underneath storage. There are overhead lighting and cabinet storage. A ceiling fan is mounted in the ceiling over the bed. On the back wall of the bedroom is a large hanging closet with mirrored sliding doors. There is an additional hanging shirt closet and drawers. At the foot of the bed is an additional cabinet and drawer storage along with a flat-screen TV. Reason for selling is doesn't use.
