1995 Allegro Bay 24 ft. Class C Motorhome. Good Running Condition 54,274 miles. 6 Brand New Tires. New Brakes. New Oil Change. 2 New Batteries (Truck Engine and RV) Ford E-350 7.5L Gas Engine. Bench Seat Dining Area. Removable table converts into Sleeping Area. Sleeps 6 comfortably. Onan 4000 Watt Gas Generator. All appliances/mechanical systems/generator/pumps/propane in good working order. Sink, Stovetop, Oven, Microwave, Mini-Fridge, Toilet, Shower. Grey Water/Black Water Tanks. Overhead AC blows cold, Central heat is hot. Clean TX Title. Minor Body Damage in 2 areas on RV. Easily repaired. Windshield has hairline cracks across bottom--doesn't block view and it's not illegal to drive, as some postulate. Previous owners drove RV for years with the crack there. First week of ownership, I had slight water leak in overhead window into bed area that damaged original cushions, so I use the area for storage. If you want to use as a sleeping area, you will have to put twin or full mattress in, or order cushions for the area (Leak has been fixed in window.) Great RV for the price. Makes great alternative to efficiency apartment for single person to live in or a traveling hotel for the outdoor adventure-seeker. Sold AS IS. It's not sexy and it's not brand new. You pay for new inspection, title transfer, sales tax and new tag. My price takes into account all those issues and the additional investment you'll have to make. It's not perfect. It's not showroom new. You get what you pay for--it's a lot of RV for the money. Realize the RV has 6 brand new tires and 2 brand new batteries, so that's about $2,000 you're saving in future costs right up front. Asking Price: $6,400.
