This RV is a 2015 Tiffin Phaeton QKH bunkhouse model in excellent condition. It has been in covered storage since purchased new. It is built on a Freightliner custom chassis with a Cummins ISL 380 HP/1050 lb torque and Allison 3000 MH six speed transmission. 10Kw diesel generator with autostart. It has a 100 gallon dual-fill fuel tank and 13 gallon DEF tank. 10,000 pound trailer hitch capacity. 90 gallon fresh water tank, 50 gallon black tank, and 66 gallon grey tank. All tanks are monitored with an easy to read display. It is an All Electric coach with Aqua Hot heating and endless hot water. This RV is LOADED from top to bottom. Each bunk has it's own DVD player with wireless headsets. Top bunk folds up for extra closet space if needed. There are three air conditioners. The enclosed master bedroom includes a closet, king sized memory foam mattress, ceiling fan, stacked washer and dryer, TV, DVD player, and storage under mattress. The kitchen has high end appliances, induction cook top, convection oven/microwave, residential refrigerator with ice maker, solid surface countertops, and a pull out cabinet for extra counter space. Elegant heated tile floor throughout with built in vacuum cleaner. Three interior TVs and one exterior TV. Complete cable wiring with in-motion satellite receiver, home theater surround sound system with concealed speakers. Living area has an ultra leather Air Coil hide-a-bed and ultra leather DE sofa that make into one queen sized bed and one regular bed. Color rearview monitor system with side view cameras activated with turn signals, in dash GPS navigation system and a Hadley air horns. Slide through storage tray underneath. This RV comes with a transferable Pro Trek Diamond 5 year extended warranty with 3 years remaining. It also has a transferable Secure Tire 7 year wheel and tire warranty with 5 years remaining. It has had regularly scheduled maintenance/service performed.
