The former owner and our family became friends and travelled together for most of the summer, including a sailing trip in the BVI's. They bought a new Tiffin Allegro Bus after selling us this coach... Tiffin builds an excellent product and we are selling this Tiffin Phaeton QKH as we are planning on buying their Allegro Bus, we love RV'ing! RV'ing has allowed us to see this beautiful country with our family and meet so many amazing people along the way. This coach is still under extended warranty, the best extended warranty I have experienced to date (covers coach, engine, driveline and tires). We own a large service business in Florida and this RV has been professionally maintained from day one. Our family has travelled the country in this amazing diesel bunkhouse RV and have nothing but good things to say about this Tiffin Phaeton Diesel Pusher. The Allison transmission and Cummins 380 diesel engine really are a excellent package and provide plenty of power even in the Rocky Mountains. All major services recently completed. She is ready to hit the open road and have your family's next adventure! The coach is fully loaded and has numerous upgrades like tire pressure monitoring system, new steering tires (front) 2016, multi-color LED lighting under coach, factory installed interior wood trim upgrades, factory upgraded carpet 2015 and new KING mattress 2015. The only factory option I believe it does not have is the heated floors and we did not miss them... We absolutely love this layout and there is not much we would change about how this coach performs or is laid out. If you are a serious buyer- let’s talk and let’s set a day to look at the coach together.   P.S. If you go to hot climates, don't buy a coach this size with only 2 AC Units. This coach has 3 and when its 110+ degrees in Arizona this summer you will be very happy you can easily keep the entire coach cool, even cold if you want! unfortunately we made that mistake on our first coach...
