2004 Tiffin Phaeton 40' Diesel Motorhome, model 40RH with two huge slide outs (living room and another in the rear bedroom). CAT 330HP Turbo Diesel engine, on a Freightliner chassis (air brakes, air suspension, exhaust brake) with a 6 speed electronic Allison transmission. Very low miles, only 72,500. Overall in excellent condition, both mechanically and cosmetically. Sleeps up to 4, and has all the bells and whistles. Fully self contained, even has washer/dryer combo. This model of RV, was Tiffins top end coach they made in 2004, and the largest. The coach needs nothing, and is ready to hit the road! See the video tour.Again, this coach has has two slide outs (living room: sleeper sofa/dinette table, and another in the rear bedroom: In the cockpit, at the power leather driver seat (passenger seat is also power): telescopic/tilt steering, cruise control, cold dash A/C, levelling jacks, backup camera, power sun visors, power pedals, etc. Entertainment systems include: AM/FM/CD stereo, 29" LCD TV in the living room, satellite dish, DVD, 25" LCD TV in the bedroom, and TV antenna. Both leather front seats swivel around to face living room. Living room has a leather sleeper sofa on one side, and a leather recliner on the other, along with a dinette table. Coach sleeps up to 4 in total. In the kitchen, with corian countertops: 2 door fridge with ice-maker, 3 burner stove, convection microwave oven, and hot water tank. Washer/Dryer combo found in cabinet right before the hallway. Bathroom area is next, in a large private room you have the toilet (with vanity), and across the hall is the corner glass shower and another vanity. At the rear of the coach, is the Queen size bedroom with walk-around bed and lots of closet space. Rear bedroom is massive (just like the rest of the spaces in this coach). Big main awning, entrance door awning, two slide toppers, and two window awnings. Onan quiet diesel 7500 generator with very low hours. 2000W Inverter/Converter. Big exterior storage bins. Rear hitch and wiring for towing, along with a rear ladder.The entire unit has screens, and blinds. Dual ducted roof A/C units along with dual ducted gas furnaces.
