Built late '13, 23K miles. Freightliner Chassis w/air ride suspension and anti-kick back steering.Michelin Tires 4 on Aluminum Rims 2 on Steel. No road gouges or abnormal tire wear. Have rotated and balanced twice.Shed kept while not in use. Extra protective coating applied to gel coat that salt water crafts use. Sheds road salts and prevents gel coat fading. All maintenance performed prior to being required, by me. This 33AA has ALL pieces that one can have except for window shades. Have added CB and antennae because Tiffin's provided antennae will not work. Added slide in main bay underneath Coach so that items are easier to load/unload. Have filled all raceways to prevent mice intrusion. Have went through every screw in Coach and removed, added Elmers Glue to prevent them backing out going down the road. Have added metal wall art to inside. All furniture covering leather Front seats swivel around and lean back but do not recline. Black out and sunscreen shades on all windows. Have removed King size bed and replaced with Deluxe Queen bed. King is too big and will not allow person access to closet and Queen now provides room at right side of bed. Air mattress in fold out bed under couchHas washer dryer that really works. 8K generator with good hours and prompt maintenance. Change oil every 75 hrs instead of 150 hrs. New AC in front. Was not cooling to spec, had it changed out under warranty. Had fans changed on AC units to 3 blade high pitch for better cooling. Both of these are 14 ton units low profile.2K Watt Inverter w/ Four Deep Cycle Batteries. JVC Radio, Sirius, NAV. Perimeter Camera System w/audio3 TVs, surround sound to Living room and outside. DVD players for all. Dish dome on top with feeds to all. Digital Antennae on top with feeds to all. Cable TV hook up with feeds to all.Vacuum cleaner system w/ single hookup. House type two door refrigerator. Convection Microwave Oven3 Burner Cook TopTwo gas furnaces, one in bedroom and one in living area. Electric fire place that really heats up Coach.Awnings on all slides and all are still tightElectric Door Awning above main entrance. Electric Patio Awning Hydraulic controlled front slides. Electrically controlled rear slides. These have been kept dry lubed and maintained as per specs. Like everything except lemonade, the price is negotiable.
