****SALE PENDING****We purchased this motorhome new in December 2013 and took excellent care of it. Due to changing family priorities, we are selling. What really sold us on this unit were the two bunk beds (72x32 inches) with weight capacities of 250 pounds each. The main bedroom has a queen bed and the sofa/sleeper is queen size as well. The smaller sofa folds flat as a bed and the dinette area converts to a sleeping area also. The interior has high gloss raised panel hardwood cabinet doors and hardwood cabinet fascias. The TV is in the center of the living area and is connected to the Sony entertainment system. There is also a TV in the bedroom and an exterior TV with sound-bar. We installed an in-motion satellite. The floor consists of vinyl tile and is in excellent shape. There is a roof vent in the bathroom and living area and both can be controlled with switches on the cabinets. Manual solar shades and privacy shades are on every window. The windshield shades are controlled with a switch on the dash. A 2000 Watt sine wave inverter is mounted in the "basement" and is a nice addition. The unit has an 8 kw Onan generator which is very quiet and has functioned flawlessly. I will list most of the features of our unit: DEF tank; 5000 pound towing capacity; 100 gallon dual fuel fill tank; Black water tank 50 gallons; Gray water tank 70 gallons; LP tank 24 gallons; Heated power mirrors; Ext. patio light; Roof ducted AC units; 1/4 inch thick single pane windows; Heated water and holding tank compartments; 50 amp service; Exterior rinse hose/shower; color back-up monitor; Undercoating; Storage compartment lights; Front end protective film (diamond-shield); Automatic hydraulic leveling jacks; Automatic entry steps and powered step well cover.Cockpit includes tilt steering, dual dash fans, stereo, powered leather driver and passenger seats. Kitchen has a convection microwave that has exterior venting, 3-burner gas stove, and solid surface countertops. The refrigerator is 4 door gas/electric.The bath has a skylight in the molded fiberglass one-piece shower. The bedroom's wardrobe has automatic lights with lots of storage. It is wired and plumbed for a washer and dryer, but we did not install either. This area is right next to the wardrobe. We have stored the unit at our home with a cover and the tires/wheels have always been covered to protect from UV damage. It has never been damaged. Maintenance of the diesel engine, Freightliner Chassis, and Onan generator have always been performed according to recommendations. We have always meticulously cleaned it inside and out. It rides very smoothly and pulls well. We have towed our Captiva with a dolly several times without issue.
