This unit has new Sunguard inside windshield and cockpit side window shades and has an on-demand propane hot water heater which has only been used to test its operation.The queen size bed was upgraded to a "SLEEP NUMBER" BED with dual controls just before I used the coach in 2014.The refrigerator has been upgraded to a residential type 15.5 cu. ft. fridge with a 4.1 cu. ft. top mounted freezer with ice maker.The rear tires were new in October 2012 and only have ten miles on them while the front tires are of unknown age and have at least 25,000 miles on them.There is a minor scrape in the paint across the basement doors on the driver's side.All service records are available.
