This pre-owned coach is in excellent condition. It has been kept in enclosed storage unit. I have just moved up to a larger Tiffin coach, so therefore am selling this one. Tiffin coaches are quality motorhomes, manufactured in Red Bay Alabama. We attended the Tiffin factory tour where we observed the building process and were impressed with their product. This has been a non-smoking coach, and it has every single factory option available in 2012. It does not require the addition of DEF fluid, and gets 14.5 mpg in level terrain consistently. It has 25,187 miles and 790 engine hours on it. The diesel Onan/Cummins has 342 hours on it. It had undergone a 320-item checklist and inspection prior to me purchasing it. All fluids and filters were changed 3,000 miles ago. The diesel engine has 5 year/100000 mile warranty per the 2012 Tiffin brochure. Color is Silver Sand.
