The overall condition of this coach is very good to excellent. Its single owner has kept up on maintenance, it's very clean and presents well.
The exterior displays no major sun fade; there is some checking of the paint near the door, but the awnings look good; the roof is reported to be in great shape, and nothing seems out of place.
The interior is also excellent, with normal wear and tear, but it presents as a newer coach than 2015. Really nice wood, no major wear to note and just some wear on the front seats on the Ultraleather, which is a typical issue.
