The owner just professionally detailed this gorgeous TIFFIN 40IH, which is spotless inside and out.
A careful inspection of the exterior revealed only a superficial surface scratch on the front bonnet that one has to search for. Two cargo doors have a minor blemish near the bottom, which appears to be remedied with polishing. These areas in the photos.
The exterior paint finish and graphics are truly beautiful and in superb condition.
Inside, the massive 83" height gives the elegant interior a spacious feel, particularly when the 4 slides are extended.
The light amber woodwork of the cabinetry and trim throughout this RV is beautiful.
As one might expect, the TIFFIN PHAETON 40 IH is fully equipped. This particular PHAETON includes a dishwasher in the galley area, a privacy safe in the master bedroom closet, a separate washer-dryer, and so much more. This PHAETON includes heated floors; a much appreciated option when the weather turns cold!
The leather upholstery appears to be in very fine condition and the polished tile flooring glistens. It is particularly stunning when the recessed under-cabinet lighting is on. It's really beautiful. The living area includes a hidden TV that elevates and retracts with the touch of a button.
There are 1 1/2 baths, which are quite sizeable and functional.
Reason for selling is purchased a second home.
