This is a one owenr coach that the sellers lived in full time from 2010 to 2020. It has been well cared for with regular cleaning to the full body paint and the roof. The only issue with the unit is the loveseat needs to be recovered. The seller has a quote from Red Bay of between $800 and $1,200. This 36' Allegro Bay has a 100,000 mile warranty until Nov. 20, 2017 on the New 8.1L engine! It is in great condition. Only my wife and myself in the RV. Very clean. We also have a 2006 Honda CR-V that is available for sale. It has the tow hitch on it and the motorhome has a Falcon tow hitch on the back. We will sell the Honda for $4,900 (book value $6,092). If you have Dish network, also included is the King Portable Dish Satellite. There are some more extras that we will include.
