One-owner RV here - kept in very good condition over the years. They're only selling because they don't have the time to use it. The tires are original, but per the seller, "they're in great condition with plenty of tread left on them." New batteries - ALL installed within the last few months. Stock #368603 LOW MILES and in great condition! ALL reasonable offers will be considered!! Here we have an original owner 2017 Synergy SD24 (By Thor Motor Coach) --- KEY FEATURES --- * Newer batteries - ALL replaced within the last few months * Very low miles * two slide-outs The SD24 model is well thought out - 2 slides, providing tons of area to move around. (Not often seen in similar comp 24 FT models.) This one will sleep 4 or 5 comfortably. Another nice feature of this model is the fact that the driver and passenger seats turn around to face the living area. The generator has very low hours - The owner states that they only used it for testing to make sure it's working properly. As you enter the SD24, you'll see the cab over bunk directly to your right. Above the entrance is a 32" LED TV. To the left after entering the kitchen area. Across from there is the first slide-out with dinette. Moving back, you'll see a closet before entering the bedroom. Here you'll see the queen-sized bed with a 32" LED TV. Across from there is the bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower. There is also a 32" LED outside. Reason for selling is not enough time to use the rig.
