This Quantum KM24 By Thor motor coach is powered by a Mercedes engine. The RV looks to be in good condition.
A small area inside/interior next to the cab-over bed wall has been scratched/scraped or something. Sellers mentioned they are not sure what happened in this area. It looks to be mostly cosmetic. (see photos)

Beautiful Quantum KM24 compact but roomy RV that you can travel to places in comfort and style. Powered by a Mercedes turbo-charged V-6 diesel.

The V6 diesel gets great mileage but has great pulling power for hills.
There is an incredible amount of storage space inside and outside, allowing you to take everything you might need for whatever occasion.
The slide-out provides the maximum amount of space. There are sleeping accommodations for up to 6 people. The 52"x 87" cab over bed is very spacious, the dinette converts to a sleeper as well. You will also find a queen-sized bed in the rear of the RV with a privacy curtain.
You can stay off the grid comfortably with the Onan generator providing power.
The kitchen has a refrigerator, sink, cooktop, and microwave/convection oven. There is plenty of storage for your cookware and supplies.
