The seller has taken good care of this RV. There are only two current issues. The driver and passenger seats have started to peel, which happens on so many of these--no previous or current leaks. This model has a unique layout with a U-shaped couch directly in front of the living area TV. The dinette can be converted to a sleeping area and the couch can sleep one adult, and a full-size drop-down bed above at the front of the RV gives a total sleeping capacity of (6). There is also a HALF BATH which makes life so much easier when guests visit. There are two grey and black tanks which are 40 gallons each and total 80 gallons.
