The RV is overall in good condition. It had minor leaks from a skylight above the shower and the living area slide-out, both of which have been repaired. However, please note that some ceiling panels, including one near the shower and one inside a cabinet, have not been replaced. Cockpit TV needs to be replaced Cockpit area AC( engine AC) leaks Freon Upgrades include new air conditioners/heat pumps, recliner chairs, kitchen appliances, and a refreshed interior with new carpets and window shades. This RV needs work. It has rust on some of the bays. The batteries are dead and will need to be replaced. A seam is discolored and detached in the ceiling above the microwave. There is also a trim piece missing above the microwave. Carpets could use a steam clean to remove some stains.
