On the exterior of this rig, there were no signs of delamination. There are a few small areas where the decals show their age, which are noted in the photos. There is some damage to one of the exterior storage compartment liners, but it does not affect its use. The owner uses that bay to transport firewood. That damage is noted in the photos. Inside, this rig is clean. There weren't any noticeable issues with the flooring, walls, or furnishings. There were no noticeable signs of leaks or a musty smell associated with leaks. The local and visiting consultant was very impressed with this unit's overall condition and features. The space, the sleeping areas, and the technology in the unit were also very impressive. This unit can be used in various ways, from camping trips, dry camping, long-term stays, or even full-time living. A forward drop-down queen sleeping space is above the driver and passenger seating. The theater seating has a fully reclined position that also makes for a very comfortable sleeping space.
