The exterior is in very good condition, and no significant damage was noticed. The interior is in good overall condition with only a few blemishes, which include a large chip on the slide molding behind the driver's seat, a small blemish on the front passenger seat, and some spots on the couch material. The 10 year old 2014 Chateau is kept covered buy a custom fit full RV cover (included in the sale). The exterior is relatively clean considering the Seller property is covered in trees. The interior is also clean and looks amazing - there is some wear on the sofa (side cushions) and back of the dinette by the entry area. Also, one of the Wardrobe Closet Mirrors is broken - happened when the door was open while closing the slide. All of these issues are merely cosmetic and can be fixed.
