It is in good condition with a recently new engine battery and a hitch for towing a vehicle behind the unit. The backup cam works and also has cameras on the side mirrors to help with lane changes. Brand new house battery installed. Ac is a bit noisy, but it does work. The wastewater indicator is malfunctioning and stuck at full. Needs a new privacy curtain.
