This coach is ready to move in. All appliances have been cleaned and spit-polished by the detailer. The outside sparkles with just a few small dings on the rear driver's side. The awning near the coach could use some treatment where the cleaners scrubbed a little too hard. Stock #339271 2013 THOR CHALLENGER 37DT class-a coach with very low mileage! AND NEW TIRES! This is not your typical 10-year-old RV with low mileage that has sat idle for years. Theyare the original owners. It has never been smoked in or around. It has always been either on our property, in a garage or we were living in it. It was occupied at our home during summer and winter over the last year. Professionally detailed in May 2023, inside and outside including exterior waxing. (Cost: $1,400). The generator was run the entire 8 hours during the detailing to keep the AC running. Was driven on a 250-mile day trip in June 2023. The old entertainment system has been replaced with a JRV9000 system with Navigation.
