This toy hauler is in great condition. The exterior has a brilliant luster and is kept clean and maintained. The roof is one piece. The seller added front stabilizers to the coach. It can sleep ten friends and family, and bring your toys along! There is an overhead euro bed, a loft, the master suite, and sleeping areas back in the toy hauler. The interior is comfortable, with a full-size galley that will make any cook happy to feed the troops! There is plenty of cabinet space. There is also a full-size refrigerator freezer with an ice maker, a stove with an oven, and a microwave. The front seat swivels to the rear and has a removable table. The loft above is a favorite for the kids to sleep and play in. The back of the coach is a toy hauler, so you can bring your golf cart, ATV, or favorite motorcycle. The seller has taken good care of this RV. There are only two current issues. The driver and passenger seats have started to peel, which happens on so many of these--no previous or current leaks. Refrigerator is pending repair or replacement but does not currently work. Stock #319059 Low Miles, Low Hours! New coach & engine batteries 12-22! New water pump, Tyron tire safety bands, wired for portable satellite and much more!! This 2019 Miramar 35.3 by Thor is located in Ruskin, Florida and has been well taken care of by its original owner! She is powered by a Ford Triton V10 6.8L engine with a towing capacity of 8,000 lbs. The onboard Onan generator has extremely low hours and can power the entire coach when off the grid. This model has a unique layout with a U-shaped couch directly in front of the living area TV. The dinette can be converted to a sleeping area and the couch can sleep one adult, and a full-size drop-down bed above at the front of the RV gives a total sleeping capacity of (6). There is also a HALF BATH which makes life so much easier when guests visit. There are two grey and black tanks which are 40 gallons each and total 80 gallons. The Miramar is a factory equipped with a touch panel control system that allows the owner to monitor and control many onboard systems.
