If you are looking for something that is an exceptional value, has tremendous potential, and are looking for an RV to take advantage of, then read on. I am assisting in the sale of this vehicle and am NOT the owner.THE GOOD: A helicopter pilot has owned this vehicle since new. Here’s why that’s important to any buyer. Helicopter pilots, like their fixed wing brethren, are fastidious about their equipment for one reason; unlike terrestrial based vehicles, their transportation cannot simply be pulled over and inspected if “something happens”. For that reason, pilots are renowned for abiding by checklists, documentation, maintenance and repair of anything they fly. It stands to reason that the same mentality would apply to other vehicles they own. This particular pilot purchased this RV originally to take to Alaska for a specific mission. Rumor has it that he was the personal pilot for a very famous owner of an internationally recognized software company.Here are some specifics: Manufacturer: Battery just replaced & vehicle is in running condition! NOT currently inspected. Great quality, great craftmanship.Model: 35 foot Class A Residency. An optimal size for a Class A. Years of life left in this vehicle’s engine, transmission and other components. It's been parked in its current location for 3 year. You will need to have this vehicle removed by end of April. THE BAD: If you’re not able to assume ownership by end of April, please don’t call to inquire about this vehicle.THE UGLY: Here are the known issues - This IS a 22 year or motorhome that has not been driven in three years, needs cosmetic attention, a large unrepairable crack in the left front windshield and a small repairable stone chip in the other.
