2013 Thor Ace 30.1. Very good condition and well maintained. Very low miles (2500). Nice turning radius, very smooth ride. Ford V10 chassis. Added external rinse port to black water tank. Hydraulic automatic leveling system. Multiple outside storage compartments on both sides. Outdoor shower head. Smoke colored vent covers on all top vents. Large slide out for living area, and also a bedroom slide. Light tan leather interior with cherry wood. Queen bed in bedroom. Cable outlet in bedroom as well as living area and outside. Microwave, gas stove with oven, refrigerator (gas and electric operation). 32 inch LCD TV in living area. Roof AC unit with Gas Heat. Full body paint. Full sized shower with ceiling light. Electric drop down bed over cab that can sleep two (250 pound max). Jack knife couch that can sleep one adult or two kids. Built in Generator. Excellent RV.
