2007 Thor Motor Coach Jazz 2550RL, Stored Inside!! This 5th wheel has always been stored inside a large building so the exterior is in fantastic condition. The seals are in great shape so there are no interior leaks. It is in immaculate condition inside and out aside from some minor stains on the carpet. Comfortable queen size bed with tons of storage underneath. flat screen TV, surround sound inside and exterior speakers. The factory sofa bed was removed and a more comfortable sofa with storage under the cushions was added. It is not a sleeper-type sofa but will sleep one adult comfortably. The dinette makes into a bed. The A/C, furnace, fridge, and cook top all work beautifully. Has a gas/electric water heater, outside shower, small retractable awning over the pop out keeps debris off. It has newer tires. There is an amazing amount of storage in this unit both inside and in the compartments accessed from outside. There is a 'laundry chute' under the bathroom sink. Nice tub/shower, no mold or damage. We are the original owners, non-smokers and have no pets. We have used this 5th wheel approximately 3 times a year since purchasing it new in 2008.
