This RV is really clean. It was our home as my wife and I traveled to all the western National Parks. There has never been a pet, child, or smoker inside. One owner, used only as a transportation vehicle between our Florida Home and our New Jersey home. Sprinter 3500 24SA with Mercedes 3L diesel engine and gets 16 to 17 MPG. Sofa makes a Queen size air mattress bed and sleeps up to 6 people. Full body paint, interior and exterior entertainment systems. Awning, lots of exterior and interior storage. 3/4/side slide includes dinette and Couch. other features include two burner stove, convention microwave, SS kitchen sink, Pantry, clothes closet city and tank domestic water system, propane water heater, and full size bath with sliding glass door shower. unit also includes a propane 3600 generator, exterior shower, Rear camera, roof ladder and engine block heater(Thought we might want to take a trip up North but did not.).
