The overall condition of the 2020 Chateau 31EV is very good. The exterior was found to be clean and free of any scratches or cracks. The interior was found to be in very good condition. This is my personal coach. We are listing it because we are purchasing a new home. This coach is in great shape and it needs nothing. We just had new tires installed a couple months ago. This coach has plenty of storage, plenty of room, and it is easy to drive. This model has a large slide out, a rear queen bed, and an overhead bunk.
