This Axis 30.3 is in very nice condition. The helm seats, dinette, and sofa were recently recovered with premium upholstery ($5300) and look great! The interior and exterior are clean with no leaks. There is some fading on the outside. The interior upholstery on the sofa and dinette has some discoloration and a couple of stains, but otherwise, the condition seems normal for the unit's age. Nice shape with a great owner and mechanical focus on maintenance. Florida sun has hurt chairs and couches, but that is an easy fix. Such low mileage and with an Allison Transmission, the owner claims that 11 miles per gallon is a reasonable number to expect. Stock #238883 Motorhome in excellent condition, very low miles, barely used and ready to go! This is the most popular unit for first-time Class A drivers. It is smaller than some Class C's but at 30 feet can fit the whole family. Roomy when slides are deployed, but functional when slides are retracted. Meaning you can lay down or use the bathroom. This coach appears to be in good condition for the age of the coach. The paint appears to be in good condition, just needing a good buffing. The decals are showing some signs of age. This Thor A.C.E 30.2 is lightly used with low miles. The current owner purchased the RV in 2021 and used it to travel between Florida and South Carolina. The internal surfaces are quite nice and do not show fading. The driver's seat and the side of the dinette upholstery were showing some cracking; see photos. The ceilings, windows, and floors were clean and did not show signs of water intrusion. The outside of the RV was in good shape overall. This RV is stored under a covered shed when not in use.
