As one can observe from the photos and video, the owner takes good care of this CITATION. The fit and finish are in great condition, as is the interior. The tires are good. The CITATION has a super practical floor plan that provides abundant amenities while maintaining a very open and spacious feel. The Cab-Over Bunk measures 36" X 75" and is suitable for an adult. It has two additional sleeping areas. The primary bed is a comfortable sleeper sofa that opens to 54"X 74", making it an RV Queen mattress. The L-shaped sofa and pedestal dining table convert to an additional sleeping surface. The long slide on the driver's side of the RV makes this sleeping area more spacious. The midsection of the CITATION is the kitchen/galley area, which is nicely equipped for food preparation. A mid-size Refrigerator/Freezer operates on electricity and propane.
