Extremely easy to drive and park. New tires as of February 2016. Upgraded Roadmaster Performance anti sway bars front and rear with Roadmaster front performance steering stabilizer. Now for the unit: Over 90 cubic feet of outside storage with folding portable table. It has 2 queen sized beds , 1 in the front over the cab and 1 master in the rear. The dinette has seatbelts and under seat storage and converts to a double bed for children. All windows include night shades and insect screens. There are multiple 110v outlets in and out as well as cable TV prep with a directional TV antenna. Upgrades include microwave , oven, and ducted exhaust fan. The refrigerator and freezer are two way with automatic switching between propane and electric. Unit has both heat and air conditioning. There is a 50 gallon fresh water tank, gray and black water tanks as well as a integrated propane tank for cooking and heating and the refrigerator/freezer. Plenty of hot water from a 6 gallon tank. The bathroom contains a china toilet, sink and shower stall with glass shower door and skylight and electric exhaust fan. Additional features include a 4.0kw Onan Micro Quiet generator with remote start , 15 foot awning, 30 amp service, rear roof ladder and both driver and passenger running boards. The cab is a Ford E350 Super Duty with a V10 engine. In the back there is a integrated-wired towing package with trailer hitch. For winter protection there is a full winter cover .
