Very clean unit, never Smoke or pet has been in the coach. Installed new Led under coach with 20 diferent settings. Installed Hid lights and all exterior lights upgraded to led. From led bar was also installed. Unit has only 4k miles with 1400 of those from th3 manufacture so only put in 3k in last 5 month. Bought new 3/2015 with 1,000 miles on it. It now has 1750 miles on it. I am selling it because I do not use it often enough to justify the expense. Stored indoors. Has one full wall slide out, automatic leveling jacks, ducted a/c and heat. Each bunk has its own TV set (very popular with the kids), and outside entertainment center. It has a rearview camera as well as blind spot cameras that turn on when you use the turn signal. Has a Ford V10 and it pulls 8,000 pounds. I will include the towing hardware. This is a 2002 Thor Chateau Class C motor home. This Motor home is in excellent condition and has low mileage (45k). It sports a Ford E450 V10 Triton motor. Everything on the RV is in good working order and clean. It is road ready with newer tires, and a fresh service. Title is clear and ready to go. My family and I just completed a 16 day 7000 mile trip across the country and enjoyed every minute of the trip in this RV.All though this RV is in great shape... it is used and does have minor cosmetic issues. The finish on the exterior of the RV is dull due to sun exposure. As you can see in the photos, I had to repair the driver side rear corner molding due to catching it on my fence while pulling out of the driveway. The previous owners had a leak at the rear window, which was fixed prior to me purchasing the RV, and the water caused some staining on the cloth of the head board trim. I can send pictures if you request them. The awning above the slide needs to be replaced and will be done before the final sale.For the over all condition of this RV, you can't beat the price!!
