The exterior is in very good condition, and no significant damage was noticed. The interior is in good overall condition with only a few blemishes, which include a large chip on the slide molding behind the driver's seat, a small blemish on the front passenger seat, and some spots on the couch material. Everything is reported to be in good working order, with recent maintenance replacing the awning, replacing the water heater with a new tankless heater, replacing the kitchen faucett, add a roof access ladder, and reseaedl the roof.
