This 30.1 Class A combines sleeping capacity with generous storage space to give you luxury comfort while on the road. ACE is powered by a Ford Triton® V-10 (362 bhp.) 6.8L gas (regular) engine on a Ford F-Series Super Duty chassis, with ONLY 8,800 miles. This “home on wheels” has 2 slides (living and bedroom) a cool AC (1). sleeps 6-8, with a queen bed in master. Two large wardrobe closets give you plenty of space for your clothes. Additional cabinets in the master give you even more space. ACE has a split bath with a large skylight shower separate from the private sink/toilet. Has pull out tray for water and food for pets if needed, a broom closet and a “mud room/closet” for messy shoes located at entry door. When not enjoying the outdoors, you can relax on a comfortable couch/scissor bed or one of your two swivel lounge recliners (driver & passenger seats) with a removable coffee table (See picture)in front of a large swivel 32” flat-screen TV w/ antenna system and/or surround sound system. Five years or 61,200 miles left on the warranty. Absolutely love this coach!! Handles beautifully, has hydraulic leveling system, two slides, added lights on entry steps, two large lighted wardrobe closets, ready to tow 5,000lbs.,tons of storage inside and out, two tvs, great air, large swivel 32 inch flat screen, large shower, table can be set up between captain and co-captain chairs, special slide out compartment with built in pet bowls, push button drop down bed over driver's seat, colors camera in rear for back up and keeping eye on tow vehicle, cameras on side mirrors, to alert you when changing lanes, plus a lot more extras too numerous to list. Been kept in enclosed building since new. Owned 8 Motor Homes from 42 footers to this 31 footer. Out if 8 this is the only one that has not had one single problem. On new coaches you usually spend the first year constantly taking it back to dealer to fix problems. And what is ironic is this is the least expensive coach we've had.
