The CHF ("Cheap handling fix") has been installed in the front, significantly improving handling.

Like almost every RV made in this timeframe, the "leather" seats are pealing. The owner has installed seat covers on the driver and passenger seats, jackknife sofa, and dinette to improve their appearance.
There is no TV in the lower bunk, and while there is a pole for a table between the driver and passenger seats, it does not have a tabletop.
The tires are 6+ years old, well-worn, and should be replaced before driving any distance.
The power jacks are not working. The owner has been troubleshooting with Lippert, and they have ruled out the motor as the issue, but have not resolved it yet.
The dash radio is not working.
The RV has been stored outside most of its life, so the exterior is fading and there is cracking of the decals.
A recent inspection revealed some delamination under the driver's side window, as well as some soft spots on either end of the slide and on the back wall.
