The chasis is a Ford V10 gas engine, with among other items: cruise control, power /remote locks, leather seats, rear and side view cameras, overhead storage, central A/C & Heat, bunk above cab, sofa, booth dinette, refridgerator/freezer, 3 burner range, microwave, double sink, lots of storage, 2 TV/DVD units, TV antenna & cable hookup. The unit sleeps 8. There are two power awnings - one over the slide out and one over the door /side area. There are less than 6,500 miles on the motorhome (2 trips from NY to FL and back). BONUS!! **** We had the dealer install the Saf-T-Plus Stabilizer System ** making it a joy to drive on the Highway*** AND, we had the motorhome wired for lights /braking systems - for towing or trailering*** The bumper - to -bumper chasis warranty has nearly 4 years left on it, as we purchased our motorhome new from the dealer in late February, last year (2015). *** There are also transferrable warranties left on the central Air conditioning/heating system, as well as the generator.****** Everything is in excellent, working condition. **** We took two trips back and forth to Florida and loved it so much - we ended up buying a home in Florida. ****There are approx. 12 hours on the generator.*** We are a non-smoking couple. *** (Farmersville Station is near Arcade, NY, in the South-Western NY area.
