As one can observe from the photos and video, the owner takes good care of this CITATION. The fit and finish are in great condition, as is the interior. The tires are good. The ONAN 3.5kW LP generator has only 365 total hours. It operates great according to the seller. The seller recently hired an RV inspector to evaluate the RV and it passed with flying colors per the seller. Shown by appointment. Stock #403859 CITATION 24SL Mercedes Sprinter Turbo Diesel CDI, best MPG and torque, and best reliability! The CITATION has a super practical floor plan that provides abundant amenities while maintaining a very open and spacious feel. The Cab-Over Bunk measures 36" X 75" and is suitable for an adult. It has two additional sleeping areas. The primary bed is a comfortable sleeper sofa that opens to 54"X 74", making it an RV Queen mattress. The L-shaped sofa and pedestal dining table convert to an additional sleeping surface. The long slide on the driver's side of the RV makes this sleeping area more spacious. The midsection of the CITATION is the kitchen/galley area, which is nicely equipped for food preparation. A mid-size Refrigerator/Freezer operates on electricity and propane. Above the 2-burner propane stove, there is a microwave oven, and to the right is a round kitchen sink. The FORD V-10 TRITON starts right up and runs smoothly and quietly. The generator has 404 hours and is easy to start. The interior surfaces are in very good condition. The only furniture issue I noticed is a swivel rocker, which was purchased by this owner in 2020. Photos show some breakdown of the "pleather" surface. Not bad, but it is visible. Stock #352469 Extremely well kept 2011 Windsport (By Thor Motor Coach) spotless inside and out. This is a must see!! This 2011 WINDSPORT 34T is a 2 owner RV. The current owner purchased the RV in 2020 and used it primarily to relocate from New York to Texas. It is not being used currently. The interior is very nice...clean, new leather seating surfaces on driver and passenger seats as well as the fold-out couch located behind the driver seat. There are two large bunks across from the hallway bathroom with curtain privacy. Each bunk has its own lighting and LED television with DVD. The rear-located master bathroom has a slide out which makes for a spacious space. Queen bed, large Mirrored closet, and solid sliding privacy doors.
