I am the second owner, and have made many memories in this fantastic motorhome. I just returned from a trip to Daytona Beach and it performed flawlessly both ways. It is mechanically sound and I've maintained it meticulously. Full disclosure: It's not perfect. I have a decent "to-do" list which I planned to take care of during the winter, as I keep it in heated storage. Today I was getting it ready to put away for the year, and came to the conclusion that I'm too busy to deal with it, and would rather sell it as-is than pay storage. Here's the list: -There is an exhaust leak from a crack in one of the left header tubes -Three of the day/night blinds need to be re-strung -The awning is in rough shape. It works, but isn't pretty. -The ladder on the back is damaged -Some of the side storage compartments need new seals -The drawers in the bedroom are a pain to open and close. I think they need new slides -The wood under the passenger side window is soft from a water leak. The previous owner had it repaired, and I've never seen any evidence of leakage. -The leaf springs are worn and make noise over bumps. I took it in and was told not to worry about it. -There are some little hardware things like slides on cabinet doors that need to be replaced. Everything that needs attention is either a cosmetic or convenience item. It's ready to use as-is. I'm certain there is not another motorhome anywhere close to this price range that's this nice. 1997 Thor Motor Coach Hurricane 30Q, Has fuel injected 460 ford motor with Banks RV Power upgrades. Also has banks RV shift optimizer and a re-manufactured transmission fitted about 5 years ago. Drives nicely with good turns. Air assist suspension in rear and 10k tow hitch has been added. Never any leaks. Newer front brake calipers and completely new rear brakes just 2 months ago.
