This is a 2007 Four Winds Kodiak C5500 Duramax Diesel (300 hp with exhaust brake) with Allison 5 speed automatic transmission and is rated to tow 10,000 lbs. I purchased this RV in 2010 and when not in use has been stored in a climate-controlled RV storage facility. Regular maintenance has been performed. This RV drives like new. Interior features include: Cherry cabinets, leather furniture including a leather recliner and sofa bed, front entertainment center with 27" color TV, satellite antenna, slide-out bunk, double door refrigerator, king-size master bed, 20" color TV, bedroom vanity, and private toilet. Exterior features include: Slick fiberglass exterior (waxed regularly), heated tanks, floor-ducted heat, 13.5 BTU rear roof A/C, 50 amp power service, Onan Quiet Diesel 6000 generator (174.3 hours), back-up monitor, 30,000 BTU furnace, hydraulic leveling jacks, and exterior shower.
