2005 Teton Royal Frontier Xt3 , 2005 Royal Teton Frontier (39' Show Demo Model) in Excellent condition!! Unit has all the bells and whistles that you would expect from a show model. Features include: Bose surround sound system, "More Ride" 9-ton suspension system, Amana 24 side by side refrigerator, dish washer, fireplace (electric), brand new king bed (custom 70"x80"), 4 new dining room chairs, large shower, electronic toilet, 3-slide outs, rear electric leveler, weather controlled awning, convection microwave oven, hook-ups for washer and dryer, beautiful wood work throughout, wired for generator, Wineguard satellite receiver (made for trailer show), two flat screen tv's, two 12 gallon propane tanks, Center pedestal island, computer (desk) station, etc, etc. Unit is in absolutely wonderful condition, with everything working perfectly!! Owned by and used exclusively by two elderly people. Totally no smoking, no pet environment. Unit purchased at RV show new in 2005 for &176,000.00 (Model listed for $225,000.00 after show). CA Registered, free title. I am handling the sale of the trailer for my parents who are now in their 80"s. I can assure any interested party that they have taken meticulous care of the unit since they purchased it. It was housed at Outdoor Resorts in Palm Desert for 1/2 the year, and Newport Dunes for the other half of the year for the first couple of years, and then it has been continually housed on site in Newport Beach for the last several years. The ONLY flaw is some minor pealing of the clear coat on the front and top (not visible) which is an easy fix. The interior and all components of the unit work perfectly!! In fact, the first time that the convection oven was used was about 2 weeks ago by me, and it worked great!
