Side-by-side refrigerator, king size bed, built-in desk, 4 KW generator, and much more! Wooded campsite with all hookups available. This elegant, fully equipped trailer is in excellent condition. It's perfect for luxurious travelling, full-time living, or getting away from uncomfortable weather. We use it as a summer home. Among the first things you notice are the 17 windows and the solid oak interior. All the cabinets, the built-in desk, the TV enclosure and the front panels on the side-by-side two-door refrigerator are made of solid oak. The oak carries through to the bedroom with a king size bed, a built-in dresser with drawers, cabinets and a slide out desk, a mirrored closet that covers the entire width of the trailer, a separate toilet room, a plumbed and wired closet for a washer/dryer, a cabinet with bathroom sink, a built-in laundry hamper, and a fiberglass shower with an integral seat and a rounded, etched-glass door. The roomy interior is laid out for comfort and convenience. Instead of having a cumbersome dining room table that's always taking up too much room, we have a cleverly-designed, all wood table with two leaves that fold down and four folding chairs that slide into the table's center section. When its leaves are folded down, the table is less than 14 inches wide. Next to the table, we have an oak futon that opens up to sleep two adults comfortably. It's perfectly positioned for watching TV and entertaining guests. Two leatherette recliners and an oak side table provide comfortable seating in front of picture windows at the back of the trailer. Surprisingly, the build-in computer desk is among the trailer's most useful and attractive features. It's perfect for writing emails, editing photos, checking Facebook, playing computer games or writing the great American novel. The desk has a large slide-out writing surface, a spacious utility drawer and a file drawer on the left and, in the center, a cabinet for a printer and anything else you want to store there. The Dometic refrigerator has a large freezer on the left and an even larger refrigerator on the right. It runs perfectly on either electricity or propane. The Amana stove has a self-lighting three burner cook top and a spacious oven. A drop-down counter extension expands an already large Corian counter top area. The trailer's equipment list is impressive. It has three power slide-outs, four tires and a spare that show almost no tread wear, a 4,000 watt Onan generator with fewer than 400 hours, two 10 gallon propane tanks, a 10 gallon Suburban water heater that works on both electricity and propane, a 15,000 BTU air conditioner, a 30,000 BTU furnace, a microwave oven, air/hydraulic brakes, 32 inch flat screen TV, a portable satellite TV antenna, a DVD player, power stabilizer jacks in the front and crank-down jacks in the rear, a new, self-retracting awning, and a power roof vent with a built-in rain sensor. The NADA values the trailer at $23000 to over $29000.
