The original roof AC still functions very well. It does have a leak, but the seller charges it once a year.
The tires are in very good condition, and the brakes are recently new. The rv usually gets eight mpg.

This is a 2013 Temsa TS35C bus conversion. It is powered by a Cummins ISL 8.9-liter diesel motor and an Allison automatic transmission.
All equipment for this conversion was purchased brand new with very little use. All furniture is included. There is plenty of storage space throughout. Most windows push open on levers. There is new carpet on the entrance stairwell, back storage area, and below.
The bus has custom walnut hardwood floors, ceilings, and a bathroom. The roof is covered with solar panels. Solar chargers, converters/inverters, and solar batteries feature state-of-the-art equipment. There is enough voltage to run AC units all night.
There is a 100-gallon fresh water tank and a 100-gallon grey water tank. There is no black water tank as the toilet is composting, but it can be plumbed.
One unique feature is that the bus comes with a lifetime technical team and a manufacturer available 24 hours a day.
