Just added gas shocks and removed the spring style galley supports seen in pictures. Selling my tear drop trailer. Finished now with a remodeled kitchen. I wanted the fresh water to be from a trusted source and not from an RV tank. The 5 gallon tank can be refilled at most grocery stores or traded in at Wal-Mart. The sink drains into a 5 gallon Barker tank with suitcase type handle. I think this my original application to a teardrop trailer. The camper is fully insulated. The exterior paint is Glidden "Buttercup", so I named the camper Buttercup. The exterior surface is like a stucco finish. The previous owner painted the steel skin with a waterproof lining. So, it's waterproof. I also built a new galley hatch with a very sturdy hurricane hinge. The interior floor is vinyl with new carpet on top; cut to fit, yet removal able. I did this so that we could bring the dog , or not. Inside and outside lighting is AAA and 12V/Inverter powered or shore power. There is a flat screen TV with DVD player that is powered by 12V/Inverter or shore power. I installed a Fantastic fan that is wired to the battery. It is two-way and three speed. A lot of fan for a small camper because it can switch from flowing up or down at 3 speeds. Propane for Coleman stove is provided by the small camp canisters. The hitch has been changed out to 2" and I had the 7-way plug installed so that when you are driving and connected-the batter gets charged from the car. The bed area is approx. 73" X 48". There is a smoke and CO2 detector in the trailer located on the ceiling near the Fantastic fan. Trailer weight is 1,040 lbs. The weight receipt in PDF is available but it wont download to the pictures. The trailer's GVWR is 1,450. I have a spare tire and wheel for the camper. I am available to show and it is currently in my building. Happy to answer anything I have forgotten and show you if you are nearby. The title and registration are clear and in my name. Buttercup is located in Tahoe on the Nevada side. If you need me to keep it here for a while, that's OK. Its in my garage now and out of any weather.I am mostly a buyer on eBay but sometimes I sell bigger things. You can see my feedback for selling and the VWs went to the east coast with buyers. All these people paid me months in advance and are happy. I'ts in my feedback. I can help with a transport company or help you with the right hitch if you are coming to get it yourself. Meaning; trailers should be towed level, and I have various dropped hitch sizes I've saved; so we'll just swap.
