Up for auction today I have a 2000 Tahoe 35 foot Fifth wheel Toy hauler travel trailer. I am the second owner and I have made many upgrades and improvements! I had installed in place of the small bathtub shower a larger panned walk in shower, The rear ramp is coated in Heavy duty xtra rubber red bedliner for added traction while walking on or loading, there is a multi speed auto opening 12v ceiling fan in the bedroom,in the main living area I had installed a Jensen AM/FM/CD/DVD player with USB unput and 6 speaker controls it has speaker in bedroom ceiling living area ceiling & it has wires plumbed for 2 exterior passenger side speakers as well, all exterior running turn and brake lights have been upgraded to LED LIGHTS the trailer has just had its brakes and bearings done, 4 new tires installed and 2 mounted spare tires ALL ARE IN XLNT like new condition, it has a brand new high flow water pump, a brand new locking outside shower unit, and I replaced the deep cycle marine 12V. batteries with 2 new ones from Autozone less than 2 years ago. The rear area has an upgraded screened in zippered rear wall that can be used to leave the rear ramp down in nice weather but keep the bugs out! This trailer has been well kept and maintained has Never been smoked in. It does NOT HAVE A generator but is set up for one and it has a 25 gallon fuel tank as well as all fuel lines and electrical needed to Re install a permanently mounted generator in the front nose section under the bedroom. The generator was removed due to its need for repairs. I used a Honda 3,000 portable generator and it ran the AC, A FLAT SCREEN TV and DVD player Together all at once just fine. Everything in the trailer works well! It has a large 3 way fridge and freezer, Roof top AC unit with ducts in ceiling in all rooms, a 3 burner propane stove and oven as well as an overhead microwave. The storage in this trailer is Incredible with rows of cabinets above the couches as well as over the dual sinks in kitchen and above the fridge as well as closets and more storage and drawers in the hallway as well as on both sides and above the queen sized bed in the master bedroom. the trailer can comfortably sleep 4-6 adults it has a Queen sized bed with storage area under it in the master bedroom 2 fold out couches that fold down into full sized beds and a Static overhead area that sleeps 1 adult or that can be used as storage plus there is plenty of room in the rear garage area for a king or queen sized air mattress as well. The forced air furnace and water heater are propane and in good working order. It has a 100 gallon fresh water tank 80 gallon grey water tank 30 gallon black water tank and a 25 gallon gas tank underneath and between the frame rails a passenger side awning blinds on all windows. There are medicine cabinets in the bathroom and above the bathroom sink in the hallway. The bedroom, bathroom and hallway is carpeted wall to wall with blue carpet. The main floor in kitchen, living area and garage is white linoleum with many tie down points. The distance from rear door to first cabinet is 14' 4" overall length of trailer is 35 feet long and 8 feet wide the opening of rear door is 70" Tall & 88" Wide This trailer can Easily load a 2 seat side by side and a quad or several motorcycles with its Open floor plan. I have loaded an Arctic Cat Wildcat and 2 full size quads and pulled it with ease with a 1998 Dodge Cummins dually! AS FOR THE BAD AS LISTED ABOVE THIS TRAILER HAS NO GENERATOR IN IT (it was removed by the previous owner to be repaired but never reinstalled!) THERE IS A 2' X 3' SQUARE SECTION OF THE FLOOR IN THE REAR GARAGE AREA AT THE RAMP WHERE THE FLOOR WAS REPAIRED DUE TO WATER DAMGE & the bad section was cut out & replaced with a new piece of plywood) please see photo above The trailer is located in Pico Rivera, Ca. and will be shown by appt. only!
