Surveyor has brought back the Rear Kitchen Floorplan for 2025 and it was worth the wait. This new 2025 Surveyor Legend 261RKLE is only 30' long and weighs in at just over 6000 lbs. The floorplan is open concept that offers the breakfast bar seating with 2 stools, a full dinette booth and a Tri-Fold Sleeper Sofa or optional Theatre seating. The large flush floor slide out carries the Sofa, large pantry and a 10 cu. ft. fridge. There is a walkthru bathroom that takes you into the large bedroom area. This new floorplan kept with the Surveyor philosophy of giving the customers as much useable storage space as possible with 11 drawers and 18 cabinet doors and that doesn't count the floor to ceiling pantry.
This 2025 Surveyor 252RBLE is very intelligently laid out and spacious floorplan, featuring a deep dinette slide-out, theatre seating tucked perfectly on the bedroom privacy wall, large kitchen counter with an abundance of storage space plus the walk in pantry. The washroom has tremendous storage and lots of room to move around in, as does the bedroom with a full size queen bed, 8 drawers, 2 hanging closets and cubby holes at the head of the bed. And if outside is calling, the 252RBLE has our outside cookhouse kitchen, a massive 21' awning, a 2" receiver, and this all rides on "Good Year" tires.
The 2025 Surveyor Legend 260BHLE offers the double/double bunk beds with the bottom bunk able to fold up so large items can be put in through the rear storage door, a primary suite with plenty of drawers and hanging closets, a spacious kitchen with breakfast bar, and a large dinette and fridge are stored in the slide out. On the outside we added our outside kitchen; griddle, sink, refrigerator, and spray port. Additional features for the 2025 Surveyor Legends include 4 speed high power fan in the bathroom, larger 21" oven, updated USB-C charging stations, outside shower, motion lighting in the bathroom and outside dump valve area and many cosmetic updates. The Surveyors will continue to have the 400 watt solar package, 12V heat pads on the holding tanks enclosed in the sealed and insulated underbelly that also has a heat duct from the furnace dropped down into this area, tankless hot water heater and the Central Vac system.
