Well maintained with some wear and tear appropriate for age. There is a small leak in the slide that has recently reappeared after a repair attempt. All amenities are in working order. Tires are less than three years old and have lots of tread and minimal wear. No TVs are included, but beyond that, the interior is in great shape. Meticulously kept maintenance records, and the power awning and axles have been replaced within the past year. Some normal wear and tear on the exterior, including pealing stickers and cracked fender fascia. Stock #384574 Bunkhouse that sleeps 10! Sellers recently replaced axles so she's ready for the road. Enjoy your outdoor kitchen under the brand new awning! The spacious - well-loved - bunkhouse model features a large open living space and an outdoor kitchen. Inside, you will find plenty of space to cozy up with the 30,000 BTU forced air furnace or cool down with the 13,500 roof AC unit.
