Well maintained with some wear and tear appropriate for age. There is a small leak in the slide that has recently reappeared after a repair attempt. All amenities are in working order. Tires are less than three years old and have lots of tread and minimal wear. No TVs are included, but beyond that, the interior is in great shape. Meticulously kept maintenance records, and the power awning and axles have been replaced within the past year.
