I am second owner of this 2004 Sunnybrook 28RLKS fifth wheel and I have the original sales receipt with all options listed, manufacture’s brochure in both paper and pdf format, and pdf of the Sunnybrook’s sales brochure. I also have a notebook containing all maintenance procedures. Upgrades include 3rd slide out for bedroom, solid oak table and (4) chairs, deluxe sleeper sofa and ceiling fan in living area. Beautiful and well maintained Oak woodwork throughout, incredible amount of storage cabinets inside and huge basement. Awning replaced within 2 years and in excellent condition. Electric lift jacks in front and scissor stabilizer jacks in rear. Manufactured prior to company being sold to Winnebago. Installed two new Maxxfan's, a rain cover on third vent and a RV Lock with keypad and remote. Also installed new skylight over shower within the last year. All systems in excellent working condition: 30 amp electrical system with dc converter, central air conditioning, furnace heating, hot water, refrigerator (dc/ac/propane), two propane tanks.
