Sunnybrook Titan 31 BW-KS 5th Wheel Trailer with 3 slide outs. We are the original owners (non-smokers, pet free) of this very clean, well kept luxury 5th Wheel Coach. Standard features include 16” Triple stacked box steel frame, all aluminum construction, heated enclosed under belly, Mor-Ryde suspension, Gel Coat fiberglass exterior, and deep tinted safety glass windows.The Titan LX 31BWKS has an L shaped center kitchen with rear living area.Inside the Kitchen/Dining area there is a 8 cu ft refrigerator, Corian edged counter tops, 3 burner stove with oven, microwave, table & 4 chairs with lift up storage and a Fantastic fan w/rain sensor, wall switch. In the Living area there are 2 rear recliners, a queen Hide-a-bed sofa, 1 year old Panasonic 32” LED TV, 1 year old Samsung Blue Ray player, surround sound capability and a ceiling fan.The Bedroom/Bath room’s feature a queen bed w/night stands, a large sliding mirror door closet, radius corner shower with glass door, skylight above shower, porcelin toilet, and three Create-a-breeze fans.
