2001 SunnyBrook 2706 SLE 27ft, Aluminum Super Light travel trailer. This trailer weighs only 4700lbs empty.Large SUV or ½ ton truck tow-able. Has new tile in living area and carpeting in bedroom, which has a queen bed, and plenty of storage. Front kitchen, rear bedroom design provides for plenty of move around room. A nice amount of counter space, and cabinets in the kitchen allow for ample storage. Couch folds down to a bed, as well as the dinette. Very clean. All appliances and amenities work great! Cold A/C, warm heat. Sleeps up to six, but four adults comfortably. Awning is in good shape, no holes. Replaced all interior lights with efficient and cool LEDs. They do not throw off the heat like older bulbs will. Two brand new tires, other two are in great condition. Has two 30lb large propane tanks, not the small 20lb ones. LCD TV, DVD player, and AM/FM stereo all work great. New faucet in kitchen with sprayer, double bowl sink, and cutting board. Roof seal at A/C unit had a leak with previous owner, but was repaired.
