We are the 2nd owners. BRAND NEW TIRES. Lots of upgrades. COMES WITH A FREE TRANSFERABLE WARRANTY. Always babied and well taken care of. Pulls much easier than a pull behind camper of the same length! We could hardly tell that it was back there.It's a unique design for a fifth wheel, which is why we love it. And it is a reasonable length, which is great for 1st time camper owners. Pulls very easy with our short bed truck.Notice the bunk room for kids or guests. That sleeps 2, and the table and couch fold out sleeping at least two more (or 4 kids each), and the bedroom has a queen bed - sleeps 2 as well, sleeping 6-8. The bed in the master has an upgraded mattress (not the hard as a rock camper mattress), and one of the bunks has a memory foam mattress, and we can say the couch is super comfortable too. The bottom bunk folds up for storage, and there's a 'garage door' there is the back for easy access to the outside, where we stored our Weber grill and fishing supplies. Very convenient.The bathroom is attractive, with a real shower/tub combo with a skylight and glass shower doors.The kitchen is pretty great for 'camping', because it has a large fridge and stove/oven that run on electric or propane, with range hood. The oven made some perfect cinnamon rolls ¿¿¿¿ And it has a large double sink and plenty of counter space. Also, there is lots of storage in the upper and lower cabinets. Also a full size pantry cabinet, next to the dinette. LOTS OF STORAGE EVERYWHERE. And that's real wood that you see on the cabinets (Amish made cabinets)We are the 2nd owners. The 1st owners used it very rarely, so when we got it, it was like new. We have treated it very gently in the 3 years that we have had it. We also have a hitch that we can sell you, that works for long or short bed trucks. Also, we can deliver, if it's not too far.We have a few camping supplies and rv accessories that we will throw in as well. We are non-smokers, and we keep the camper very clean.We hate to sell our baby, we are simplifying before a big move. We enjoyed it thoroughly for a few years.
