This is a like new Trailer, rarely used by us. Purchased it via an insurance auction, in 2009, the dealer filed a claim and got it totaled out due to hail damage. you can not see it unless I point it out. lets face it after the 2008 crash I think people were doing everything they can to make money. this was purchased so as to do travel soft ball with my daughter. except after I bought it, they decided to do just day trips so no overnights. Our family would use this one week a year for a trip. did not do any this year (2015) all in college. So we are selling this nice trailer. Do not fear the salvage title, since that was all that was wrong, the front where propane tanks are , if you see the photos you may see some dents. This has Air conditioning, Heat, sleeps 2 on the queen bed, the table drops for a bed, the couch drops as a bed, our 3 girls would have their friends sleep over when we went to cedar point and all 6 slept in the back area. very clean. message me if you like more information. if need more photos please contact me.

2008 Sunnybrook Sunset Creek 307RL, Purchased and barely used possible only 6 weeks since I bought it in sept of 08. this is a very clean RV and nice. will throw in extra's for camping and I also have a 2009 dodge ram if need a truck too so you can tow if you need. but looking to sell trailer first. $12,900.00
